MARK on 10th

Calgary, Alberta

Design Thinking: MARK on 10th is a mixed-use residential development located at a prominent intersection on one of the busiest access corridors into the downtown core. The modern, edgy façade contributes an artsy sense to the neighborhood. The main entrance to the residential lobby, featuring an angled yellow-tinted glass planter box on one side and a yellow-tinted glass elevator on the other, invites the residents in. The tower façade is the combination of two kinds of skin. One is an orderly façade with solid walls and clear tall windows that are shorter at the bottom and gradually get taller at the top. This movement suggests the notion that the higher the level, the lighter the tower becomes.

Key Features:  The MARK on 10th offers street-accessible main floor retail, second-floor office space and a residential tower with 275 contemporary suites. The third-floor roof garden provides two amenity spaces: one for residents and another for the office tenants.
